I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Digital Arts and Science at Digital Worlds. My program is intensive and I am gaining lots of experience in the areas of digital production and design. As a visual artist I am interested in new types of visualization of the artistic progress.
I chose to first work with Processing because it is open source and created by artists for artists.I started off by using the book Processing: A Programming Handbook for Visual Designers and Artists written by Casey Reas and Ben Fry. I am not trained as a computer programmer. I copied their sketches and began taking them apart. I found a lot of support and inspiration from the OpenProcessing community. People post their sketches on this site to share.
